• Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Lost or delayed parcels caused by the carrier are outside of my control, but I will always do my best to help

 

Returns and Exchanges

• All macramé pieces are handmade, and slight variations are part of their natural character. Therefore, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

• Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.

• Custom or personalised orders are nonrefundable.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was faulty
